Ok ladies. I have the world's stupidest question. This pregnancy and last time I was pregnant my skin has been so very dry. I wake up with cracked lips in the morning no matter how much Chapstick I slather on all night long or how much water I drink. Anyway, I have started using a humidifier but since I also use a fan (I cannot sleep without the air flow and white noise) I feel like it cancels out the humidifier. The fan dries the air the humidifier is trying to moisten. Does anyone have a solution for this?!

I'm not sure that a fan could dry out the moisture. Have you tried to experiment? Also, we have a temp/moisture $10 little thingy that reads that stuff. That might help you determine how much your humidifier is kicking out. Might not be enough for the size of your room, esp if you keep the door open.

@peregrinefalconx Also, I used Chapstick as a generic term, I actually use a salve from Whole Foods with beeswax, olive oil, cocoa butter, calendula, chamomile and tocopherols but good point!!
