I went through IUI and finally got my BFP. When I went for my last ultrasound a week ago the measurements put me at 6 w 3 d. I was having slight cramps breast tenderness. Fatigue. The last 3 days I have had no cramping. My breast do not seem tender today. I am still tired. I don't go back for another u/s until Wednesday morning. But right now I have little worries something is not right. I feel fine. But that kind of worries me lol. I know I'm nuts. But this is all new and scary. And it took so long to get here. Is this normal...

  • OP symptoms come and go, that's perfectly normal. Try not to worry for now, even though that's hard. Congratulations!

That's a nice story.  Did you have a question?
    Was this necessary?
I assume OP had a question and needed a response.  There was no question in her post.  Lot's of people get cut-off and don't realize their entire post didn't actually post.

Edit - qbf Are you just looking for a reason to argue or do you genuinely like to nitpick? OP symptoms can come and go. Everyone is different. I don't think you should be alarmed.
Seems like people nit pick MY posts rather than the other way around. No need to try and figure me out.
  • OP--If you're really concerned, call your doctor. I would say as long as you haven't had bleeding or anything, you're probably okay, but the only person who can tell you for sure is your doctor.

You could also possibly just keep taking pregnancy tests.  If the second line is still dark then that's a pretty good indicator that you're fine if you need something to put your mind at ease.

The darkness of the line doesn't actually indicate "you're fine". I think the best advice would be to go to the doctor. A pregnancy test won't be able to answer all of your questions.
Agreed. 'Line progression" is not a real thing. Some women will get dark lines and other will not. There are a lot of other factors involved when it comes to how dark a line is or not.
    Thank God for Raid.

Ya... This isn't how it works.
  • It's very difficult for any of us to say whether your symptoms are normal or not, only because everyone's body is completely different.
I am 21 weeks 5 days pregnant and a friend is 21 weeks 4 days pregnant and we literally couldn't have more opposite of a pregnancy.
For example: I breezed through the first trimester with no symptoms other than being tired quite often, while she was nauseous constantly.
I had had no cravings, but she only craved sweets.
Just a few examples as to how different every pregnancy can be.
So to answer your question, "not feeling pregnant", or however you want to title it, is not a sign of concern.
My breasts are not sore at all anymore, although for a period of about 2 weeks they previously felt painful to the touch.  Your body is constantly changing.
If at any time you are concerned with anything, your Doctor is there to help you and you can call them any time.  In my honest opinion, I don't see any concern in your situation based upon what you've written but don't be afraid to put a call in to your Doctor if you need better peace of mind.
    Good luck!
