First time mom, 11wks... I felt some strange twinge flicker sensation in my lower abdomen today a couple times. Just wondering if it could have been baby flutters or gas (cuz I've for my fair share of that recently too lol).
11 weeks makes even a STM sound a little looney more than likely, it won't be until 15+ weeks at the earliest, or most likely by 20ish weeks (depending on placenta placement).
That being said. Who knows. Maybe it was baby. No one can tell you for sure. :-) but it is fun once you KNOW it's baby!!
i felt it around 16 weeks with DS and DH could feel from the outside by 20 weeks. My child was massive though. Always measured way ahead. I'm a STM, 14+4 and Ive been feeling it for a week or two now. I say that carefully though as it's still early days even for a "veteran".
Our birth mom has been saying she's feeling baby since 10w. I totally think she's nuts but have just smiled.

I felt one very distinctive "pop" at 16 weeks exactly with my son - then didn't feel anything again for a couple of weeks. Haven't felt anything this time yet but I'm only 14w tomorrow
My midwife asked me today if I'd felt movement (I'm just over 12 weeks). I said I thought I had but didn't know for sure and thought it was probably just gas, but she seemed to think it was likely I'd felt actual movement which really surprised me. With my last pregnancy I had an anterior placenta and I didn't feel movement until well over 20 weeks.
You know, my doctor asked me at 12 weeks if I had felt anything too @emztron500 - I wasn't certain and told her it was probably gas, which she said was likely with but I was surprised she asked.
I'm starting to feel something now at 14 weeks on and off...sometimes a fluttering and sometimes pain (which I'm thinking its Round Ligament Pain since it hurts very briefly around the lower abdomen). Who knows. I figure when baby starts kicking at least that will (hopefully) be obvious.
I'm 14w4d and I have definitely been feeling little flutters for a week or too. This is my third and I know what I'm feeling. I'm not crazy, I promise!
Interesting... I am starting to feel something in that region (STM- I know where the feels are!) but I totally could just be wishful thinking... 11.5 weeks. With my first, I didn't feel anything till 16+ weeks so I would never expect to feel movement this early. I suppose you never know. I don't think it's gas but of course there's a lot going on down there
14 weeks and third time mom, have been feeling little things here and there for the past few days, but definitely no major kicks and nothing consistent yet. I'd say with the last two I really didn't start feeling a lot until after 16 weeks.
Ftm and I swear I felt a little flutter a few days ago at 14 weeks but I haven't felt anything since then. It def didn't feel like gas cause that is a sensation I can pick out easily.
STM at 13 weeks. I've mostly just been gassy, but there has been a flutter or two that may have been baby. I'm not convinced yet. With DS I didn't feel anything until after 20 weeks.
Sadly I didn't feel until 25 or so weeks with my last, or if I did I was clueless, hoping this time I'll know what's going on, so cool once you know it's the babe!
