Paint stripper

Hi everyone! I had to use paint stripper for two days at work for about 5 hours total.. It was a decently ventilated area. I'm just over 9 weeks pregnant and did end up with a headache and some nausea later that night which I don't usually get(no morning sickness in either pregnancy), I'm wondering if I could've caused harm to the baby?

Re: Paint stripper

  • I would suggest in the future trying to stay away from very strong chemicals if possible. If you're very worried you should at least give your doctor a call.

  • The baby is most likely fine. You were not huffing it, and the placenta's job is to filter out chemicals.
    Thank God for Raid.

Okay, thank you! I tend to worry more than I should after having a missed miscarriage.. Thanks for your answers!
