As much as I'd like to be a part of the healthy mamas, I'm lazy and love all of the foods. Up 3 lbs already in the last month, and I blame Thanksgiving, bloat, and my complete lack of motivation to exercise. Share your cheats and indulgences with me to assuage my guilt.

Today I:
- ate leftover mac & cheese and corn bread for dinner
- thought about riding my bike and then did not
- stole half of my H's rice krispie treat

Today I:
- am snacking on all kinds of junk food I can get my hands on. I've really got to get a grip on it!
- have not had the thought of exercise come in to my brain since becoming pregnant

- Finished my son's lunch after eating mine.
- Ate one of his cookies after he went to bed
- haven't moved near enough.
But I did yoga. So that counts.
