I'm still having a terrible time with food so it's really hard for me to plan. But I still have to cook for DH and the kids so this is what I have so far this week.
M-homemade chicken pot pie T-Pork tenderloin and roasted broccoli W-Shredded chicken tacos
M: Spaghetti T: Fish (chicken for DH) & veggies W: Breakfast for dinner Th: Chicken Alfredo (whoops - 2 pasta dishes this week) F: Date night (dinner & a movie) Sa: Undecided Su: Undecided
GTKY: I don't think I have a favourite. I do enjoy a gingerbread latte, & lately I've been liking hot chocolate with marshmallows. Usually I'd be enjoying all the wine for the holidays, but that's off the table this year, lol.
Wow, I am so impressed with you ladies. My kids are still getting scrambled eggs or a box of Annie's (aka glorified kraft dinner) most nights while I make my husband run out to get me something that sounds somewhat appetizing. I haven't meal planned in months.
mamabudd I'm with you- the rest of you ladies are very impressive with your meal plans. I haven't even been to the grocery store yet (we had very busy weekends with lots of traveling in my defense).
Tonight/Tomorrow/Wednesday/Thursday- Some form of sandwich, eggs, pasta, something quick. I have zero desire to make dinner or really to eat it.
Friday- We do Pizza Friday every week in my house.
Saturday we will probably go out to eat. DH has to work and I have to start Christmas shopping so it's easier for us to meet out somewhere.
M: Out - maybe Thai? (because I didn't make it to the grocery store this weekend) T: Tuna noodle casserole W: Cheesy jalapeño popper chicken with cilantro lime rice Th: Turkey meatballs with pasta and ricotta F: Oven "fried" breaded pork chops with roasted cauliflower Weekend: I'm not that far yet
GTKY: I love wine around the holidays, but right now im loving my Caramel Apple Spice from Starbucks.
