BRAT diet helps sometimes to reintroduce foods: bananas, rice, applesauce, toast. Drink lots and lots of water, and something with electrolytes like Gatorade/pedialite/power aid. Otherwise, rest as much as you can! I hope you feel better soon.
Yogurt is a good food too. It's the miracle food that is good for both extremes. Seconding Gatorade. We keep the powder in the house. Full strength is too much for me so I have it watered down.

I'm sorry about the stomach bug! I've only had it a few times in my life, but once I can eat, applesauce has always been my remedy. I never drink only water because it is too harsh on my stomach (I actually learned this from hangovers...) so I do watered down Gatorade or coconut water. I also usually take a very strong probiotic (stronger than usual) since your gut will be cleaned out of the good bacteria if you have had diarrhea as well.
I had an awful 24 hour bug on Halloween and was freaking myself out about the abdominal cramps and baby, so of course did the bad thing and hit up Dr Google. What I learned: stay hydrated however you can, take it easy, call in to your nurse's line if you're worried.
