Sex and other questions!

Don't want to go into detail about the sex subject if its not allowed in the app but I'm having a pain and wanted to ask other ladies.... Waiting for the go ahead.

Also I've been having this cramping pain that doesn't go away it's a constant pain it hurts in my lower abdomen and my lower back. Not sure what a Braxton hicks feels like but I know it's suppose to come and go the pain I have doesn't come and go. I'm 31 weeks. Anyone have any suggestions?

    You probably have SPD or a low pelvic floor. Cramping during and after sex is normal, especially during the 30 + weeks stage of pregnancy. If you are having a normal pregnancy, sex can be quite good for you and is often recommend.
    Report to your doctor immediately if you are having symptoms that you feel are abnormal, or if you have any heavy bleeding or fluid discharge.

    Sex is fine. But you do get mild cramping afterwards. As for the cramping and pains, CALL your DOCTOR! We don't know what's going on, because we're not doctors. Wish I could help more. But your doctor can be your best bet.

    I get cramps like that with a uti. You probably want to call your doc.

    Having too many "fun times" makes your muscles contract and relax, and the body releases a relaxing hormone/response that relaxes your cervix and cervical muscles. Basically, do it enough and you can initiate labor

    If you haven't already, I would contact your doctor. You could have a UTI or bladder infection.

    "Fun times." Lol. Very little about sex in late pregnancy was fun for either of us.
