TTC After a Loss

Not feeling so hopeful

Ladies I have a question...what was the earliest or latest that you got your BFP? we are only 6-9 dpo, and I know it may be to soon but I tested today and it was a BFN..it doesn't make me feel very hopefully that we will get the BFP this month. Im trying to stay positive but its hard.

Re: Not feeling so hopeful

  • My first BFP I got a super faint squinter at 9 dpo. Was 11 dpo before you didn't have to squint to see it.

  • Implantation does not generally happen until 7-10 after ovulation, so I'm going to say you're a little early to be testing. I like to personally wait until my period is late / 14 or 15 DPO. I used to be an early tester 11days-ish DPO, but realized I was just depressing myself and wasting my money on cheap pregnancy tests.

Fertility friend has some charts in their gallery you can look at to see when other women have gotten their first positive pregnancy tests.

    Good luck to you!

With my first child, I got a BFN on a First Response at 12 dpo, then bfp on 15 dpo.  I was certain of my dates too.  Good luck!
  • Thank you ladies...prayers we get our BFP please!!!
