First IVF, Monday ER, ICSI/PGD advice

i would absolutely love any advice/encouragement from any of you that went through the ICSI - PGD testing. Since it is one extra step, I'm assuming more follicles retrieved is better? After my US test today (10 days of Stims), I have 25 follicles. Lost count of sizes since doctor is spurting out numbers and dimensions. But definitely heard couple18mm, couple16mm, and couple of 14mms. I'd approximste that 10-15 were around 8-10 mm. I go back in tomorrow for final count and trigger shot (Retrieval set for Monday morn). I was a slow responder, but AFC skyrocketed after 6th day of Stims. At first I was worried they would cancel Bc no response--9 follicles consistent first week all under 10mm. And now I'm concerned about OHSS! I know I need to be thankful about getting this far...but, I'm worried Bc he just now took my E2 blood test today, haven't heard back. With my AACEP protocol, they don't measure E2 as much as follicle size/count.
I'm not bloated or gaining weight, so hopefully that's a good sign of not being at risk.
WOULD LOVE TO HEAR SUCCESS STORIES. I'm really stressed and anxious right now. First time and only shot (no pun intended) Bc of financial reasons.
