I'm having the same problem. I guess just try to have s stash of healthy snacks that are filling and appetizing, and drinking lots of water helps, too.
I don't have any advice, but I've officially reached the stage where I wake up in the middle of the night starving. I try to curb it by always having water close by.
This has been me for the last few days...and I'm craving "bad" food (fries, mayo, candy, popcorn (the cheesy kind), you name it). I'm finally feeling less nauseaus than I have been so I've been indulging big time. I'm also away on a work trip right now so I'm hoping to get back on track next week. I find that when I workout, I eat more healthy options so I'm hoping to get back into the gym next week.
That's funny- I craved smartfood on the weekend. I must have eaten half a giant bag of it. It was awesome .
I haven't been to the gym in ages and I'm usually there 3 times a week- just not up for it. I had a very active and healthy pregnancy with my daughter and I'm optimistic that I can get that way in this one too- eventually.
This was me with pregnancy #1. And I gained about... 55/60 pounds? Awful. I highly recommend chugging water AS MUCH AS YOU CAN. And keep baby carrots close by.
Just starting a few days ago I have been eating nonstop!!!! I guess I'm making up for all those days in the first tri where I didn't want to touch anything.
Seriously considering what snack I want next........
Whenever I'm not feeling nauseous this is me 100%. I try to have healthy snacks around but a lot of times fruit or veggies make me feel gaggy. My body wants carbs, which is terrible. I've been concentrating on trying to do more fruits, veggies, I even got some yogurt and can eat it, I never used to before. The weird thing is I've always been an overeater, but now I am truly hungry, whereas before I think I was just bored. I also drink 90-120 oz of water every day, I rarely drink anything besides water or occasionally decaf coffee. I like to convince myself it's ok to have a healthy snack when I get those hunger pangs becuase I've lost about 15 lbs since BFP so my body may really need the extra calories!
Me too! Just the last couple days I've been sooo hungry! I'm am seriously cooking bacon right now, like its on the stove and it smells good for the first time in awhile!! Yay!
