Northwest Suburbs Prenatal Yoga?

Hi all! I'm in Palatine and looking for a prenatal yoga class in the northwest suburbs. Any ideas? Thanks!

    Try the park districts or gyms. I'm not back home (arlington heights ) but in 2014 when I was I think the park district offered it! Good luck!

    You're right in my area! I just started looking for classes myself in the area. I work out at the Buehler Y in Palatine and found a prenatal class 6-7 on Tuesdays called Prenatal/Postpartum Aqua Exercise. I'm going to start checking out if local hospitals have any classes also.

    If you can't find anything with convenient times, I just got a DVD and was happy with that. It showed moves and modifications for all 3 trimesters.
