Hello!

I have been around before, though not on this board much. My husband and I have been TTC for 1.5 yrs, with a chemical pregnancy/loss on 11/26/14. We are primarily male factor, however in the past year I have had both thyroid issues and primary hyperparathyroidism which may have been playing a role. We did clomid IUI over the summer, however due to low motility, low count, and low morphology it was recommended we proceed with IVF. I am currently on BCP for 10 days and start ganirelix in the next 2 weeks sometime. This is my first time doing IVF, however I worked in the IVF field for a couple years after college so am familiar with the process.

Just wanted to introduce myself. I do have a daughter from a previous relationship who will be 8 this month. She has been asking for a sibling for a long time and is aware that we need the doctors to help us try and make it happen. Not really sure where I belong. Given we are male factor, our IF is primary, but seeing as I myself have a child I consider myself secondary IF too. I became very close with the ladies on my Dec 2007 birth board back on pregnancy.org, so hoping to find the same support and friendship here
