Hi, i gave birth 5weeks ago i had an episiotomy in labour, just wanting to know when will i fully recover i know it depends on each body but just want an rough idea how long will it take to recover to my normal self
Hi! I'm at 6 weeks as well and had my PP appointment yesterday. Doctor said I'm healing well and my scar is looking good, but give myself 1-2 weeks before attempting sex because it still needs a little more healing time.
It's not going to rip open or anything (ouch, sorry!) but it's still very tender - we discovered this during my exam.
Every woman is different! You'll find out within the next couple of weeks at your PP!
I should mention that I tried a spin class last night and def felt off...I got the all clear for working out but I think you have to take it easy on yourself and listen to your body
