My baby looks like a puppy

I wasn't supposed to get another ultrasound until 20 weeks but I went in today for my 12 week blood work and they couldn't find heartbeat with the Doppler. She told me not to stress and had them do a quick ultrasound to get the hr. The picture isn't too clear but beggars can't be choosers. I was grateful they printed it out for me.

I can't help but see a puppy face as the head lol. Im not seeing a penis either !
