Headaches and nausea 19 weeks

in 2nd Trimester
I'm 19 weeks and I am still feeling constantly sick (have for the whole time), sometimes worse periods over the day. I've been prescribed Renitadine to help. I'm also suffering head aches at times but have had blood pressure checked. I've tried everything. Anyone's else the same? And what do you do?
