New to this site but not ttc...here is my intro

Hello everyone,
  Just wanted to intro myself here since i have never posted. I have been ttc for 8 years. I have tried 12 cycles on clomid from 2007 to 2010. I was never sucessful with clomid. I got pregnant naturally in oct 2010  after 22 months ttc ( and basically gave up). But in feb 2011 at 16 weeks I lost my son and delivered still birth. I then had a grapefruit sized fibroid that I had removed in May 2011 via myomectomy. At that point I still had not seen  RE and was dealing with a OBGYN. I ttc for 2 more years but ended up breaking up with my fiance at the time. He had a child with another women and I realized after my loss that he was never supportive and didn't truly care about having a baby. In 2014 I met my husband and he has been completely supportive of this struggle and journey. Je has never missed a appointment and has given me every shot...truly been there every step of the way. In june 2014 I went to a RE who diagnosed me with a hydrosalpinx. I could not afford a removal so they blocked the toxic fluid with Essure. I had the Essure block Jan 2015. My hubby has 0% morphology, We did 2 failed medicated IUI in April and May 2015. I was crushed. SO we tried IVF in Aug. We retrieved 10 eggs...8 mature....6 fertilized...3 made to blast and 2 passed PGS. We transferred a fet in sept. unfortunately it failed....devastated. I thought all hope was lost but I found out my new insurance covers IVF. so we have a appointment with new RE to discuss a JAN IVF. I hope to hear some of your stories or meet you all!
Me  Hydrosalpinx(36) & DH 0% morphology (37)
Jan 2007- started TTC ( temp everyday and opk and clomid used 12 cycles)
Oct 2010- Natural BFP after 22 months TTC ( NO MEDS USED)
Feb 2011- Still birth @ 16 weeks 
May 2011- Myomectomy to remove grapefruit size fibroid
Jan 2015- Essure to block hydrosalpinx
April 2015 - 1st IUI  - BFN
May 2015 - 2nd IUI - BFN
Aug 2015 - IVF ER: BCP, lupron, Menopur, Bravelle, HCG (Trigger Shot) 12 eggs retrieved, 8  mature, 7 fertilized, 3 to blast, 2 passed pgs ( BOYS)
Sept 2015 - FET transferred 2 embryos passed PGS (BOYS)- BFN ( NO FROSTIES left )
Dec 2015- ICH Brain hemorrhage
April 2016- Start Birth Control Got cleared for IVF/ diagnosed with MTHFR gene mutation/ HUBBY HAS ABOVE NORMAL MORPH/COUNT/MOTILITY
May 2016- Start meds for ER 
May 1- Start Lupron for long lupron protocol
May 13- Started Stims 300 follistim,75 menopur, 10 lupron stimmed for  10 days
May 24-  16 eggs retrieved,  12 mature eggs, 8 fertilized, 5 to blast. qty 2 day 6 AA blast. qty 3 7 day blast grades AA and AB.
Have 3 NORMAL PGS TESTED GIRLS. 1 "INCONCLUSIVE" embryo still good for use.
7/8- Started AF and Estraidol patches
8/2- FET scheduled ( HUBBY BDAY!!!) and my clinic automatically uses EMBRYO GLUE!
8/2- Transferred 1 6AA pgs tested girl
8/15 - Beta #1 137 I AM PREGNANT!!!! EDD 4/20/17
8/17- Beta #2 269 
9/1- MISCARRIAGE. Baby stopped growing at 5 weeks 3 days. 
10/19- Have Baseline for IVF#3. Fresh transfer.
10/21- Start stims 300 Follistim 150 Menopur and Ganirelix 
11/2/16-ER 43 eggs retrieved. 15 mature. 9 Fertilized. All 9 still growing but 4 are leading and are 8 cell day 3 grade AA.
11/7/16- Fresh transfer of 1 embryo

    Welcome, @shauna43!  It sounds like you are definitely not new to the whole infertility thing. :(  You're very fortunate to have insurance soon that will cover the IVF!  Are you going to do another FET with the 2nd embryo or are you going to try doing an ER to get more eggs?  Anyways, I'm sorry you are here, but there are a bunch of great ladies in these threads.  Looking forward to seeing your updates in  your journey!

       Yeah infertility sux! I have no frosties because i transferred both in Sept. :(  So I basically have to start over in Jan but im hoping I can do a fresh. We will see tho Are you doing a fet in Jan? I see on your signature that you are lol I was on menopur bravelle and lupron. My new RE wants to use the meds that you did for you ER. How many eggs did you get? and made to blast? I am 36 so "old" in fertility standards just wanted to know what your numbers where for ER.

    I just turned 38 and had my ER today.  They retrieved 30 eggs, so we'll see how many I have in the next few days.  Right now the FET might be in January, but there could be a slight possibility we can do an FET in late December.. I'll find out I think this week.  Lots to look forward to this week. I responded really well to the Follistim(250) and Menopur(75).

    @piperella WOW great numbers! i hope all are mature eggs too :) youll have to let me know how everything goes! EXCITED FOR YOU! are you doing pgs? I HOPE I DO AS WELL AS YOU ON THOSE MEDS!!!!!

    Welcome @shauna43!!  You certainly are a veteran when it comes to TTC!  I really hope you get your BFP with your 2nd round of IVF!  Looking forward to seeing you around the forums! :)
    ***BFP & Child Warning***

    Me: 34, DH: 38 ~ TTC since 2014
    IUI #1-3 (Nov 2015, Feb 2016, May 2016) = BFNs
    IVF ER (July 2016) = 7 PGS normal embryos
    FET #1 (Sept 2016) = BFP! DD born 5/30/17
    FET #2 (April 2019) = BFN
    FET #3 (July 2019) = BFP! DS born 3/27/20

    Welcome here! I am so sorry for all that you went trough and are still going trough. But it is nice you found some hope again. I know for me it is so difficult at times.

    I find that here is a nice supportive place if you need someone to talk to who understands, and it really helps. Hopefully you feel the same. It is definitely very nice that you have IVF coverage, will you try a FET in January or start a new IVF cycle? You mentioned you did an FET already but did not say if you transferred both.

    And a supportive husband definitely does help a lot :) Mine has no choice to come to all appointments because I cannot drive, but he would come anyways. And he is definitely MUCH better than me at injections :D The few times I did it myself it always hurts because I prick it too hard lol.

    @wifeinraliegh28 Thank you for the welcome...I was on the wte forum group for years but decided i needed to meet different ladies and try a new website. @Aleeyna Thank you for the kind words :) I transffered both of my embryos with a fet in sept...which failed...so I have to start over in Jan. Im not sure dates or meds yet. I have a consult tomorrow with a new re so hopefully we will get that all straight. How are both of you coming along? any news or updates?

    I'm not doing PGS.  We considered it, and may consider it if we have to do another fresh IVF.  I hope your consult with the RE goes well for you tomorrow!

    Welcome @shauna43 good luck next round and keep staying positive. I'm also lucky too to have insurance that pays for everything which makes it one less stressor. I'm in my TWW from my 4th iui but first iui on injectables previous three were clomid

    @ultratomato wow thats awesome! i never had insurance coverage before so I am thankful for my company switching the insurance thing. I wish i had know that i may have waited to do my ivf that failed in aug til jan...oh well live and learn. good luck on your IUI....excited I hope the injectables were the trick. what meds are you? let me know how it goes...rooting for you! 
    @piperella  AWWWW THANK YOU FOR REMEMBERING MY APPT!!!!! :)  I am considering NO PGS next ivf too we shall see what this re says about it today. The other RE i had a consult with 2 weeks ago said pgs is good because of my age because they said as the eggs get older sometimes the chromosomes don't separate as easily making bad embryos. That would either be a miscarriage or down syndrome. Any update on you fertilization report? sending you positive thoughts!  We may be doing IVF together in Jan! i have to see if its a fresh or fet....

    @shauna43 A fresh cycle is good! Hopefully all goes well and you get lots of embryos! As for me, we are doing a frozen embryo transfer this month, it will be around December 12-15th, not sure yet. I have an appointment on the 7th to check my lining and do some blood tests, so I will know more then. Crossing finger for both of us :)
