Similar pregnancy with a different gender?

Trying to figure out the gender of this baby. It's fun trying to read the signs. I feel almost exactly how I did when I was pregnant with my son so I thought maybe boy? Anyone else have a boy and a girl and have had similar pregnancies? Or were they completely different?

    Yes! And no... Sick as a dog with my 1st (boy). Zero morning sickness with my 2nd (girl). Sick as a dog with my 3rd, so I was thinking boy, but nope #3 was a girl!

    There is no biological reason I'm aware of to feel differently whether you are having one sex or another.
