Comfort food

Hello ladies,

I'm currently trying to plan my weekly meal-plan and with the morning sickness nothing sounds good...
I thought we could do a thread with food that sit well in your stomach to help each other find meals options!

Since Thanksgiving my meals have been Turkey-rice soup and pasta + honey.

who's next?

Re: Comfort food

  • Bland bland bland. Plain cereals, milk, string cheese, crackers. Protein of some sort always seems to help.

  • rice and beans, chicken and rice soup, potato pancakes (from the sweet potato and mashed potato leftovers)
  • Mint anything. Ice cream, fresh fruit, carrots, and bread rolls are the only things I can stomach most if the time.
  • I've had toast for dinner since Friday. I'm no help!
  • Chicken noodle soup, shepherd's pie, french toast, macaroni and cheese, bagel with cream cheese and banana slices.
