Similac total comfort

LO was on similac sensitive for gas since 3 weeks old and he's 10 weeks now. He got bad constipation this week for constipation so I switched to total comfort... And it helped him poop the next day but the spitting up is crazy. Has anyone else dealt with the spit up? He has bad reflux so I thought it would help with that too. I want to switch back but scared he'll get constipated again

    We had our son on total comfort but he puked a ton. It has a lot of sugar ingredients so we switched him to similac advance because it has healthier ingredients and less sugar. For constipation our ped told us we were ok to give one ounce of apple or pear juice in the morning and one at night. We also put him on a probiotic. He is much better since we made these changes.

    Mommys bliss has some good probiotic! , little one only spits up when he over eats which isn't often so unfortunately I can't help you there
