Newbie Intro :)

Hi all!!

My husband and I have been TTC since September. We just got married in March after dating 7 years. We're more than ready to start our family!

AF has been irregular since I can remember and I was put on BC to regulate it at a younger age. About a month before my wedding I decided to try Depo which was a huge mistake!! It took until September for AF to finally regain some normalcy. I've been using OPK's and FF. No temping right now. I've heard it can be difficult to conceive with irregular periods so I'm trying to get the hang of all this tracking!!

Anyway, I'm excited to be here and I've learned so much from all of you already. Good luck to everyone and thank you for all this helpful information!!

    Welcome! I would highly recommend you start temping so you can confirm that you are actually ovulating. It definitely gives a little peace of mind knowing that your body is doing what it is supposed to after BC.

    Welcome! If you haven't already read it, Taking Charge of Your Fertility (TCOYF as it tends to get called around here) is a great read!

    Welcome and good luck!!
    The Depo shot was horrible for me, also. So I decided to stop getting it, and my body completely went crazy.

    Hello, welcome, and good luck!
    DD born PPROM preemie at 36 weeks on 10/1/17 after over a year TI, 
    then 3 failed IUIs, and finally a successful IVF FET.

    Due with #2 5/2/19 after HIO once in my FW,
    because apparently that's how life works now. Team Blue!

    Thanks all of you! I think I need to go invest in a thermometer :) and I just looked up TCOYF and I will definitely be reading that! I feel so overwhelmed with all the new stuff I've been learning from lurking posts on here and from my OB.

    Total Thyroidectomy October 2015 
    Ovarian Cystectomy Nov 2015
    CANCER FREE and resumed TTC Dec 2015.
