Fertility Friend - new phone

Ah! I got a new phone today and when I installed and logged into FF all.my.data.from.september1onward WAS GONE. I think I'm just out of luck but anyone have any ideas?

Married in 2015
TTC # 1 as of July 2015

    I don't have ideas about your phone, but try logging in on the computer (fertility friend.com) and maybe you can at least confirm your data is there?

    That's weird it should all come up when you log in. I agree with PP I would try to log in from a computer to see if it'll come up there

    The data should be there, unless the data you had been entering on your old phone was never synced to your online account.

    Argh. When I logged into my account on the computer I encountered the same exact issue!! I am trying to figure out how my data was only being saved to my phone and not actual account? So bummed about losing three months of data :(

    Have you tried contacting Fertility Friend support?
