  if your doctor hasnt mentioned any concerns & it isn't uncomfortable for you, keep at it.

  Agree with PP, unless told otherwise, sex should be perfectly safe. If you're concerned, ask your doctor.
  Also, judging by your screen name, this is your 3rd child. Did you have sex issues with the other 2?
