Urinary incontanance

Hi! I'm new to the boards! I'm 21 weeks and 4 days pregnant! This is my first pregnancy so I'm experiencing all this for the first time and was wondering if anybody else out there was have any problems with urinary incontenance during there pregnancy? Seems like I'm sneezing a lot and everytime I sneeze I pee a lil. I have even bought the incontanace pads to put in my underwear but not sure what else to do. Please tell me I'm not alone in this.

Kegals. Kegals are your friend. Btw, I hate doing them.. but it's the best shot we have at strengthening those muscles. Squats can provide some benefit too.

I'm glad I don't have this yet because I sneeze all the time due to allergies! I'm definitely worried though.

I have it when I vomit too. Not fun!

@RoseShadow873 incontinence is common, but not at all universal. I've given birth to five kids, and it's not a problem I have at all. KEGALS ARE YOUR BEST FRIEND! I use Ben wa balls to help with mine.
