Sore Nipple Question

My right nipple has been really sore the last couple days. I exclusively breast feed and my daughter has one tooth, but I don't think that is what's making it sore. It will just start throbbing randomly. Today (because it's so sore) I just pumped that side... It helped a bit, but is still sore. I don't see any redness or sores on it, any suggestions?

    Could it be a blep?
    Or milk blister?
    I have one and I hurts like hell!! It's been hanging out for weeks. I tried to drain it and made it worse.
    google the picture that's exactly what mine looks like.
    And a milk blister isn't a friction blister ... It's dried milk in the nipple duct.
    Ouch.

    I was sore for about 2 weeks before my period returned. Just the left side. Everything is better now! Well, for certain values of better.
