Sharp pain in nipples

I've noticed that my boobs are already starting to leak especially when pressure is applied to my breast. Every once in awhile I will also get a sharp, uncomfortable feeling in my nipples (mostly my right). Is anyone else experiencing this? I am not sure what I should do to soothe the pain, any suggestions?

    I m going through a very similar thing, it feels like pin pricks at times and there is also some leakage at times, I am 22 weeks and i dread to think whats coming ahead!!! Mostly I feel relieved as soon as I remove my bra and therefore when I am home I prefer to move around braless!! Maybe that helps, other than that I guess we'l just have to learn to suck it up!!! :(

    Bra-less-ness is my default these days. I had such pain in my nipples I had to sleep shirtless a few nights because it was too painful. I'm hoping that once the second trimester hormones even out in the third tri, the boob issues will calm down as well. Try to wear loose clothing and nursing bras- they tend to have more "give" to them and will relieve a bit of the nipple pain.

    I woke up with sharp boob pain in my left boob 3 days ago. It's still there. Def sore to the touch. I think it's my nipple but not sure. I'm 31 weeks today. Any ideas what it could be?

    No idea what it is, but I've had sharp boob pain too. My husband laughs when I yell "ahh my boob" and hold it lol.
