Need alternatives to Sophie

DH and I always said we would name a girl Sophie, but now I am wavering because it is so very popular. I'm a teacher and I've had three Sophia's in the last two years. We like Luke for a boy, and it's far enough down the list to be fine with me. DH just came up with Natalie, which I also liked...until I realized it's the butt of a Daniel Tosh joke that I think is hilarious.

Help! I need suggestions.

I a little bit feel like Sophie is becoming less popular with names like Isla, Aria, Violet and Claire creeping up to take Emma, Sophie and Ava's place. Obviously it's still going to be a popular choice, because it's lovely, but I wouldn't let that deter you too much from choosing what you love.

I was also going to suggest Slyvie. I love it. But Natalie is a fantastic name too.

I feel your pain! We have loved Ava but it is just SO popular.

Although I will say that I see a lot less Sophie's than Sophia's and if you both really love it, I would I for it!

Is Daniel Tosh still relevant? I wouldn't even worry about that because even if a few people think of that now (I don't even know the joke) they won't when she's older.

it's less of a other people thinking of that joke than DH and I thinking of that joke.
