Can't sleeeeeep.;-(

    I'm not sure how, but I fell asleep while playing with my 2 yr old today! Couldn't have been long... he woke me up by climbing on me! My hubby took him afterwards to pick up our daughter from school to let me sleep early tonight. So thankful! I slept from 4pm until 10pm. He's a translator and works from home, so I'm very lucky he's here to help out.

    The first trimester is rough. See if you can get someone to watch the kids so you can get a nap in. Could also try camomille herbal tea at night... helps me fall to sleep easily if I can't sleep.

    I've found that as well!! I don't have kids, (this is my first) but I can NEVER sleep and when I do it's like 3am!!

    Me too! This is my first and I find myself exhausted during the day but I have a horrible time sleeping through the night!

    I wake up several times a night. I have very vivid nightmares that wake me up several times before I fall into a deep sleep. My survival is a nap every day. I sleep so good during those naps but not at night!

    This is me as well. I could sleep all morning into the afternoon except my three year old and 20 month old are up and ready for the day. 3pm hits and I start getting some energy and by bedtime I toss and turn and sleep like crap.

    I haven't been able to sleep the last few nights either. I feel tired but I can't get comfortable for some reason. I also had hot flashes last night that had me kicking the blankets and DH off. lol!

    I fight with hubby all night. He cuddles up and I kick him off. I am so uncomfortable and hot at night. I hate to see what it's gonna be like when I'm 8 months.
