Bad cramps!!! HELP!!

I have had really bad menstration-like cramps. My husband and I have been TTC for 3.5 years in that time had two miscarriages. I know I'm freaking out over every ache, and pain but it's been like this for two days. I called my OB and they think it's constipation. But I just can't help but be freaking out about it. Have any of you ladies had this??

    I had some pretty rough cramps between weeks 4-6.5.  They'd wake me from sleep and force me out of bed to walk through them.  

    As long as you're not bleeding or spotting, all should be well and let's hope this is par for the course!  Best wishes to you!

    I had some pretty bad period-like cramps almost every day for a little while. My doctor said as long as they don't last long - like aren't non-stop it's normal. If they are coming and going I think you're perfectly fine. Probably just your uterus stretching and making room!

    I had really bad cramps for a few days and it ended up that I just needed to poop :) watch for spotting and as long as you aren't from what I've heard you should be fine. Good luck!

    This exactly!!! And spot on with the timing too. I had horrrrrrible cramps from 4-6 or 7 weeks.. So much so that I too was being woken in the night and either had to walk them out or try to go to the bathroom and sometimes it wouldn't be relieved at all. I spent quite a few nights crying through the pain of lying down trying to get into a position that I could sleep. My doc thought constipation too..although I truly felt I was going to the bathroom regularly. That being said, I agree.. If there is no bleeding or spotting accompanied .. This sounds like it could be "par for the course".

    I hope you find some relief soon! I haven't had those pains since.

    I had very bad menstrual type cramps in first tri with DS1. Bad enough that I had to curl up and cry. And I ffrreeakkeedd out about it. But, it was fine!

    I think that you should take a deep breath, mama to be. Cramps are a normal part of pregnancy too, so I wouldn't worry about all of that bad stuff straight away.

    It's crazy, symptoms are written in every book and every blog but me does it mention menstrual feeling cramps! I had severe constant cramping 4-6 weeks and my doctor showed no concern as long as there was no bleeding. She said every woman is different on how bad cramps are. Since then I've had like a minute or two a day and a few days ago between weeks 9 & 10 I had another couple days of them. I just think it's my little one growing and pushing around in there!

    I have been having bad period cramps since I was 6 weeks(now 10). At first it was just here and there and now it's every night. I have also started spotting(very very small amounts). My midwife did an early ultrasound and everything looked good but I still can't shake the feeling that something will go wrong. This is my 4th and I have never had cramps like this before.

    What are all of you doing to ease the cramps?
