Goats Rue

Hi! Has anyone had success using goats rue to increase supply? How many/how often did you take it? Thanks!

    I did although I'm taking moringa as well so not sure what exactly causes the increase or a combo. Followed the instructions from MotherLove and now taking half that. Just a pill in the morning and one at bed time. I got a big increase although slowly not an overnight thing
