I think these are delicious. This is the only recipe I've tried but I've made two batches already. Once with chocolate chips, and once with cranberries.
I made a similar recipe but pressed the dough into a baking dish to make cookie bars! Much easier and less time consuming! I have noticed a difference with them. Also look into lactation smoothies! My favorites are made using a packet of carnation instant breakfast mix!
I've also gone the easy route and just bought the pre-mixed pack of oatmeal cookies in the baking aisle, baked them as directed on the package with the butter and eggs, but added brewer's yeast and flaxseed meal. So much easier!
I eat way more than I should in a day lol.. but I'm honestly not sure what the "right" amount is. I started taking fenugreek at the same time and I did notice an increase. I wouldn't say it's a miracle worker but I was getting an extra oz or 2 per pump session

These! I've made 3 batches now and they are delicious and working well for me! I bake half the batch and roll the other half into balls and freeze to bake later. I eat a few a day and sometimes a couple frozen dough balls too. I add chocolate chips and this last time I also added shredded coconut. I also use all butter instead of both butter and coconut oil. My 7yo son loves them and my hubby eats them too.

What happens when you use all butter? I follow the recipe the way it is and love how crunchy they come out.. does the butter make them softer?
