Potential vacation

My husband's company sends the top salesman and their spouse on a weeklong vacation every year. This is the first year that he could potentially get it and it would be in March for 5 nights. My daughter will be 3 months at that time and I also have a son who would be 21 months old. My question is have any other mom's ever left their young baby's for that long? I'm not too worried about my toddler but I am worried about my infant. I feel like it's a once in a lifetime trip and it's important that he goes to get the exposure to the top people at the company.

Any advice or experience with this is appreciated. TIA!

I think 3 months is fine if their with one of your parents or something. Now 3 weeks, no..but I have a 2 month old and I could see being comfortable as long as you knew he was in good hands.

They would be with my mom or in-laws. I waited until my son was 15 months to leave him last time...and I think that was way over due.

Ha! Ya, as long as it's someone who kept you or your husband alive as children I would go and enjoy yourselves.

I have to travel for work 12 weeks after my due date, and everyone says it'll be just fine. Now, baby will be left with my husband, so it's a bit different, but still.
