  Just checked my girl and hers feel soft. She is 14 weeks.

  Mine had little lumps of tissue at 2 months and doc said it was from my hormones and would go away since I wasn't breastfeeding

  Yes, my DD had it for the first couple weeks. At the time, her pedi said it was completely normal. I EBF, so it's from my hormones being passed to her. They've been gone for quite awhile, but I'm sure they can come back any time.

  My son had this! Our ped called it breast buds and said it was extra hormones passed from mom! His went away though!

  My son had this and like pp said it's from hormones baby gets from you in utero. It should go away with time!

  I responded to this post when LO was 14 weeks old and her nipples were totally soft but now at 20 weeks I noticed her left nipple has that lump the pp described. Could this still be from hormones? She is FF but was EBF for the first 3 months.
