Got my HCG yesterday and although I know the levels range widely...I am nervous. At 4w2d mine was at 22....that is very similar to levels I have seen with peoples early miscarriages.....

Were you temping or using opks? It is possible you O'ed later?

When did you get your first + test?

If I put in my o day to calculate the due date and gestational age on FF it says 3w 5d so the draw would be from 3w 4d. I ovulated on CD20.

On 4w0d my hcg was 109. But then 3 days later it was 540. So it could have easily been around 22 on 3w4d.

When I get it done again I will be 4w 0d based on ovulation or 4w 5d based on my last period. Either way hoping for something in the mid to high hundreds. I did take another frer and the line is darker. It is increasing...lets hope at the right rate.

At 4 weeks 1 day mine was 77. I'm 9 weeks today. Doc said it has to start somewhere.

@lilp2015 thanks for the reply. Based off o date I should be 4w exactly today and will get my second comparison draw today. Your numbers sure have me relieved. Tomorrow I will find out the numbers. Really hoping for 3 digits!!

@lilp2015 how many times did they draw? I lost my previous baby at 9 weeks and am worried they will quit drawing and not notice a hormone deficiency.

@mrsmommya they usually use the draws early on before they are able to do an ultrasound.

I had three done and will now wait until my U/S. The u/s is better at figuring out a viable pregnancy... The bloodwork can only sometimes indicate an issue if it's not doubling properly. It's not a deficiency if it's not doubling they can't prescribe anything .... Now your progesterone is a different story

@katiebartton care to share your numbers and how far along?

My hpt lines are getting darker but not dure if the hcg is increasing at the right rate. My temps have stayed high so not sure if progesterone is going to be a problem or not.

Fwiw I have gotten a positive pregnancy test as early as 7dpo and as late as 14dpo so really the first day HCG can show is really a wide range!

I've been pregnant 6 times now and everytime it's been different

They drew 3 times. Mine weren't quite doubling every 48 hours more like 60-65 hours. I think they were 77, 127, 213. The last set was taken about 8 hours early though. My dr was watching my progesterone levels so that's why I had the 3rd draw.

Got the results today! In 72 hours my HCG went from 22 (3w 4d) to 136 (4w 0d). The progesterone from Thursday was 14 and the doc said she was looking for a 10. We don't have the progesterone back from yesterday for a comparison, but will have it tomorrow. They also want a third draw tomorrow and then not sure after that.
