Hey all, my doctor told me to try unisom and B6 for my morning sickness. They said 25mg 2-3 times per day, but i can only find 100mg tablets. Anyone have any luck finding a smaller dose? Thanks!

The lowest I found was 50mg. I took one a day instead of the 2-3 and was fine. You could cut them in half if you feel the need.

I love the vitafusion gummies...the serving is 2 so maybe it would be the right dose if you only took 1.

I order mine from Vitacost (along with a bunch of other great healthy stuff):

Also you can find some really yummy green apple flavored lozenges of B-6 called B-Natal on amazon.com.

Purchase from Standard Process. They are the best. My chiro highly recommends their products due to their quality and purity of the product

I just break them in quarters since I only take 1-2 doses a day I'm not too worried about it being exact.

My pharmacist will cut pills -- since it's not prescription, they may charge but it's easier than trying to do it yourself.
