Spotting 4 weeks PP

I delivered my baby via c section 4 weeks ago. I stopped bleeding about 2 weeks after. But yesterday I noticed a little pink when I wiped. And noticed it again this morning. I'm bottlefeeding baby expressed breastmilk. Should I be worried? Could my period be starting up again? I thought it didn't until after you finish breastfeeding.

    I would think it was just blood from your birth, Im 6 weeks PP and still spotting.

    I stopped bleeding 4 weeks after my c section and a week later started bleeding like I was in the hospital right after. I am breastfeeding as well. My obgyn said it could be from healing or it could be my period. I thought breastfeeding kept you from a period too but she said not always some women will have them.

    It's probably from the birth BUT your period can still return while you're breast feeding, especially if you're pumping. However, it's more likely to be irregular.
