AW HCG Levels

Hi so last Monday night I had some white pink discharge and start bleeding bright red. There wasn't any clots and it wasn't heavy enough for a pad or a tampon. I also wasnt experiencing any cramps or pain. I called Tuesday morning and spoke to RN and was put on pelvic rest for 24 hours. I'm still on pelvic rest just in case. I had spotting on and off until Thursday night. So far no more spotting. I did however get my levels checked on Wednesday. It as 16,548. Friday it raised but only to 19,578. What does this mean? My baby is slowly growing? Should it have doubled or did it reach a point where doubling isn't needed? Based on my LMP I'm 6 weeks 2 days. Sorry for the post. I know it's AW of myself but HCG levels can be different person to person.

Doubling time slows dramatically around the six week mark for most women. Usually, once they can visualize on u/s they don't do the blood work unless you have a situation similar to yours with bleeding.
I think it's a good sign that it was going up from Wednesday to Friday. I assume they scheduled you for an ultrasound? When will that be taking place?
