Today is not so fun for me! I've got to catch up on some long overdue cleaning, which wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have to take a ten minute break every ten minutes!
Get all the baby clothing and blankets washed and finish putting up decorations in the nursery. Spent the morning feeling pretty icky though so I've mostly been lurking TB all day. I'm boring.
Stayed home from church because of sick kids-watched a service online instead. It was a relaxing morning but have also worked on some laundry. Hoping to watch a good nascar race this afternoon.
I was planning on watching football all day but our power went out about an hour and a half ago :-( im currently in bed because I'm freezing but im contemplating getting up to finally pack my hospital bag and do some things in the nursery. If power isn't back in time for our must watch football game at 1:25 we will be finding a place to go watch.
Skipped church due to contractions coming every 2 mins all day yesterday like clockwork and being monitored for 4 hours to be sent home to suffer through it. I am thankful I have a healthy LO considering I prayed fervently with my youngest (soon to be middle) for her to stay in as long as she could. Today leaves me exhausted and lazy.
I had a work night out last night (everyone felt bad I couldn't drink so I had lots of people buying me juice) But i woke up today feeling hungover, I've just got blocked sinuses but still. Day in bed for me
I'm in the recliner... chugging lemon water and pregnancy tea. I'm 48 hours into bedrest. While I am happy to do whatever it takes to keep bub happy, healthy, and growing, I am not sure how some of you ladies have done this for months straight. I have mad respect for you right now.

The only way I have survived is because technically I'm on modified bed rest. So I can get up and do stuff as long as I take a lot of breaks and rest when I'm not doing stuff.
Sleeping in, biscuits and gravy for breakfast, football, nap (all complete), repack go bag, start to wrap Christmas gifts, more football and chili for dinner probably with an eggnog shake from McDonalds...
I made an unexpected trip to L&D for decreased fetal movement at 7:30am and of course we get there and he is moving all over the place the second the heart rate monitor went on. Came home took a nap. DH went to basketball practice (he is a coach) and then grocery shopping while I cleaned out the fridge and put chicken noodle soup in the crockpot. Now the recliner is my friend!

It's football day in my pajamas... I have been horizontal all day on the couch. I get exhausted just thinking about sitting up! We had DH's family Thanksgiving last night and then went bowling with the cousins our age afterwards. Sitting around drinking water isn't as fun as drinking beer and bowling And I still feel hungover (thought the alley we were going to was smoke free... It sure wasn't, grrrr)!
Resting because I spent allllll night in L&D due to preterm labor contractions. It's getting real. I woke up about 12:30 to a spotless house (thanks DH) and the Broncos. Can't complain!
I'm ok and Grace is doing a lot better! She is off CPAP and breathing on her own, she's now in a bassinet, and handling eating on her own much better. We still have problems with reflux and Brady's, but it'll all get better in time we are hoping for home before Thanksgiving!
Went to church this morning and planning on vegging out the rest of the day. I should be raking leaves and finishing up some things for baby but I'm exhausted and currently have my feet up, watching old episodes of The Good Wife while my DD naps. Only a little over a week until due date, crazy!!

I'm in the same boat as you!

I'm so glad Grace is doing a lot better! I hope you're well too keep us posted!
@Sunny2015 I hope you have your baby home for Turkey Day! You are so strong! @sarahgn good luck tommorrow!! If baby doesnt come this thanksgiving week that will be my sunday funday next sunday. This sunday Im finishing up cleaning the house with plenty of breaks. We went to the airport to pick up SO's son and he had his mom buy a little sister onesie for the baby. I wanted to cry when i saw it. I have to say as witchy as she can be sometimes that was nice. She didnt have to do that. That was my nice sunday surprise.
Trying to blindly "clean up the downstairs" if you catch my drift since I will be reunited with my husband on Wednesday for a few days. Oh joy, bring on the razor burn
Practicing/playing with makeup. Yeah...I know that's weird. But it's been so long since I've put on a full face that I started to forget how to do it. And with family and friends all coming down for the birth of LO (we live in different states), I figured I'd save them the trauma of seeing me look like a zombie for at least half of the time they're all here.

^^^This is what I'm supposed to be doing...but I'm a slacker!
I had the pleasure of working all day. Now laying on the couch contemplating making dinner or just waiting until the husband comes home in 2 hrs and letting him make it
I felt like crap all day. My blood pressure has been really low, so I felt lightheaded since about 8 am. Despite that, I needed to go to church, a funeral home, and then DH wanted to go for wings for dinner.
TBH, I wasn't even hungry but I still ate 6 wings, the basket of carrots, and a bunch of chips. So that part was nice, anyway. I just hope my BP goes back up tomorrow, or I'm going to have to call my doc and see what I can do. Walking around feeling like I'm going to pass out is no fun.
Started packing our hospital bag, but didn't quite get it finished. My kids brought a lovely cold home from school a couple of weeks ago, and after passing it to each other finally passed it on to me a couple of days ago. I've been trying to drink fluids and rest, but really fighting the urge to finish getting everything ready for baby and for Christmas. Dh says he's feeling a little sick now too, so hopefully we can all get over this cold before the baby comes.

But playing with make-up is so much more fun!! Who wants to clean when they can pkay with beauty products?
I volunteered at a Bernie Sanders rally today. I was just going to go watch, but then they needed volunteers and DH has a man crush... so we helped out. It was alllll afternoon and into the evening and I was on my feet for a lot of it. But I'm a political scientist and love this stuff.
Re: Sunday Funday! What are your plans??
Just 9 more days at the most!
But i woke up today feeling hungover, I've just got blocked sinuses but still.
