What is a good range? My doctor said 70-100. I know in a regular diabetic world it can be a little higher than 100 and you'll be okay. I just want to see yalls opinions. First time pregnant and first time gestional diabetic too!!

This can be individual.. You need to ask your doctor.
I went and saw another doctor in the practice. And she said that I can be between 90-130 but my readings in the morning need to be like 60-80. I know I need to listen to my doctors but I was curious what others had to say. First time mom and just like opinions! Thanks for you Input guys!!
Ftm and I also have gb not fun..... My doctor wants my blood sugar between 70 and 130 after each time I eat.. Breakfast I can have 30 carbs, lunch and dinner I can have up to 60 carbs each, I get 4 snacks a day and Thoses can be no more then 15 carbs each. I can have all the "free foods" I want... I'm not a big girl at all (133) I've only gained 13lbs this entire pregnancy (33w 3days) and my baby is already weighing around 6 of those that is why my diet is so strict. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy:)
My doctor wants me 90 and under in the morning, 2 hours after each meal needs to be 120 and under. 45 carbs per meal, 30 carbs per snack, eating every 2 hours.
I have to be under 92 in the morning before food. and under 120- 2 hours after I eat breakfast lunch or dinner. My diet is: 30 carbs Breakfast 30 snack 45 lunch 30 snack 45 dinner 30 snack.
i just started today, so they might adjust it depending on my numbers.
I know I'm a little late, but I echo what the others have said about this being completely tailored to an individual and what the doctor/dietician suggests for you specifically. However, if you are having trouble I found an excellent book/website by Lily Nicols on the GD and it helped me tremendously. 'Real Food for Gestational Diabetes'. With a lot of hard work, research, and monitoring by my 'team' of docs and specialists I was able to avoid insulin when it was almost inevitable.
