Maternity Clothes!

I went and bought some maternity clothes today, and what a huge difference it makes! I'm 14wk 3d, and I feel so much better in some new clothes! When did everyone else start to get maternity clothes?

Yep. I got mine 2-3 weeks ago. I'm 15w 1-2d and have found getting dressed is a lot more pleasurable.

Got a couple pair of pants about a month ago- so much more comfortable! I'm 16 weeks and 4 days.

I am 14w today and I am still waiting now to buy clothes... Just can't figure out what to buy... Will probably buy a few dresses for office!! Can't fit into trousers any more

I still haven't purchased any maternity clothes but putting on jeans this morning isn't as exciting as it usually is. I've been able to get by using a belly band, but it's not cutting it as well anymore. At least not with my jeans. So this weekend I guess I'll look for some jeans, maybe some tops, but I'm not sure how much or what I'll need.

I finally broke in and started wearing maternity pants at 16 weeks and 3 days.... Man did it feel so good and comfy!!!! I don't have to worry about my open zipper showing and just feel comfortable knowing eveything is in place!!

I started buying clothes around 12w, just picking up a few things here and there when I saw good sales.

So far I don't really have any maternity pants other than a couple of pairs of yoga leggings, but I've amassed a decent collection of layering tanks, sweaters, and dresses. I will probably have to cave and get some pants in the next week or two, though. Even my dog walking jeans are getting tight around the top.

I'm always cold in my office, so I just bought a few new flowy open-front sweaters that are super-comfy and I can kind of wrap them around me. I have one pair of maternity jeans and will probably get some base layer tops, but hoping to just find stuff like these sweaters that work for pregnancy without being actual maternity clothes.

Same! I had anticipated more growth in my thighs, butt, and hips by this point though (all growth in tummy), so my maternity pants are all still pretty loose.

Anybody got any recommendations for maternity jeans for short women? I always have an awful time finding jeans for my height (5'3") so I'm dreading looking for maternity jeans.

I have one pair of maternity jeans and just wore them this week (twelve weeks) and they were so comfortable! Needing to go get some work pants now because everything is getting a little tight

I went to Macys yesterday & they had a better petite maternity section than I expected! They had a buy 3, get 1 free deal on maternity so if you need a few things it wasn't bad. I got some jeans & work trousers for 30-40 each (w/o sale) that for me well at 5'2".

I'm 5'2". I have all my jeans (and maternity jeans) tailored. It costs me $12 and is so worth it. Also, I don't know if you're also petite but Citizens of Humanity fits small sizes well! Look on Gilt.com (use the search feature).

In my first pregnancy I found that (non maternity) leggings and flowy pants in stretch materials paired with longer tops that flow from the bust or swingy dresses were adequate all the way for me. I got a pair of pregnancy jeans (J brand) and found them too warm during summer. Having said that, I wasn't working while I was pregnant so that made a big diff!

Old Navy. I'm 5'3" also and need a short inseam. Most of their jeans and pants come in three inseams.
