Double whammy(common cold and stomach strains)

Should I call my doctor? I've been having strained stomach pain this last week (completely different feeling from the mild cramping) it feels like a pulled muscle but all over my stomach and then of course to top off first time pregnancy paranoia, hubby came home with a cold which I now have on top of ya know that whole first trimester awesomeness.

    When is your next appointment?
    I've picked up something from my kids ugh and had a slight fever since yesterday but I go Monday so I'm waiting it out.

    December 2nd... Haven't had body aches yet so I'm hoping it's just mostly a congestive cold. Good luck and feel better soon! Realized I was having an early morning freak out and now have calmed down lol!
