Worried I messed it up

So we just tried and maybe an hour or so later I went to the gym to do weights and forgot myself and did this sit up machine. Would that movement push any speem the opposite direction ? Not even sure if I make sense but I keep thinking about it and it's making me so nervous

    I would guess that after an hour, the sperm that's going to get where it needs to get will be there. I'm not a medical professional, but my guess is you are fine. But I get being worried. I tend to freak myself out about things like that too. Hang in there!
