Oops.... that wasn't the bump

Accidentally carried my snark over to fb. FI cousin is KU with her 2nd unplanned child. She is completely immature and has been going on and on about her pregnancy since b4 a Dr confirmed it. She posted on fb that the heartbeat was 164. Is it a boy or girl. I'm thinking first of all, nobody on fb really cares, 2nd I'm sick of hearing about it due to the reason listed above, and 3rd how in the heck are we gonna know b4 an ultrasound is gonna tell you. So I snarked her without even second guessing it. Later she posts wtf. And I'm like oh wait. Wrong social media. Just deleted the snark and went on with my business. My silent chuckle for the day. Had to share

    That's how I wish to be in some of the mother/cloth diaper Facebook groups I'm in, where people post ultrasounds where the tech said the sex wasn't able to be determined or squinter pee sticks and so they ask people what they think. OMG just stop oversharing and asking strangers.

    I've definitely had to resist the urge to snark on FB too. FB would be a much more tolerable place with snarky gifs.

    Hmm...makes me wonder if your cousin is my "best" friend! Almost exactly the same story...2nd unplanned pregnancy, talking about gender and heart rate to me the other day. She knows I am TTC and will not shut up about her pregnancy symptoms to me, it is really driving me crazy.. I can't listen to it anymore!

    Ugh. Women on my Facebook are over sharing their pregnancies too. One of them complains like it's the worst thing that's ever happened to her. I just want to yell at her and say some people would be more than happy to trade places with her if getting pregnant without even trying is such a burden.

    Thanks ladies. Yeah, I kinda feel bad about not wanting to attend family functions. We are having a surprise birthday party this weekend for FI grandma. Next week is Thanksgiving at his grandma's house. I'm not looking forward to it because I know his cousin will be there. She constantly boasts about being pregnant. When in all reality she probably doesn't even know the father of either baby. Just smack her upside the head and say grow the eff up.
