Unexplained bleeding

I'm 16 weeks pregnant today with twins. I started having unexplained bleeding two weeks ago and it hasn't stopped. For the last week or so its been like the end of a period. My ob has no idea as to why it is happening as the babies look fine, my cervix is closed and the placenta is good. No contractions. She said if it continues past 20 weeks they'll hospitalize me and run more tests. Has anyone had this happen to them and are your babies good now? It's a bit scary even though there is no need for immediate concern.

    This hasn't happened to me, but if I were you I would go to labor and delivery to get checked out. No harm in going and I'm sure it would give you piece of mind. Good luck and thoughts and prayers to you!

    I had a very similar experience. My bleeding started at 4 weeks and didn't end until I was about 12 weeks. I made it to 38w2d (scheduled c-section), with no other problems. I have 2 extremely healthy baby girls. Good luck. Try not to stress, because that stresses babies and makes things worse.
