Shopping cart cover for infants? Anyone know?

So, the other day in Target I saw a mom with a newborn in a shopping cart cover. It was not the infant shopping cart "sling" that hangs across the basket. This fit in the seat area, was very padded and the baby laid (not sat) inside. Silly me did not ask her where it was from; I thought it would be easy to find with some searching, but no. Can't seem to find anything like it. Starting to think it was custom made. Just a shot in the dark, but has anyone seen this around and can you point me to it? Thanks!

I have this one but I haven't used it yet bc my LO is so small- I didn't think about laying her down in it- not sure if that would work.
