Hello all! I am 5w3d pregnant and over the last few days morning sickness (in my case all day) decided to make an appearance. Between the extreme fatigue and now the constant nausea, I'm practically bed ridden. Getting through the work day is brutal and I find myself crying a lot because it's so difficult to get through the day. Today I had to call out sick.
I'm looking for suggestions and your own stories as to how you dealt with these symptoms at work. It's truly painful to force myselfthrough the day feeling like this.
Thank you
Re: 5w3d pregnant and very nauseous - HELP
Have you tried taking B6, ginger ale, or ginger tea?

I went to the emerg. They put me on and iv to rehydrate me, along with and iv drip med to help with the nausea.
They then percribed me declectin
i found that drinking lemon water, sucking on frozen cubes of Gatorade, & slowly munching on soda crackers really helped me out. i would definitely talk to your doctor though if your nausea doesn't let up.
I wish I could offer you more advice, but nothing helped my during that 2 months whatsoever. I only just heard about the pregnancy pops from a friend the other day. It sounds like those could have helped. Maybe look into them. Just keep in mind that it WILL pass! I wish you luck!
