7 weeks no heart beat??

Hi ladies need some advice!
At my 5 week scan saw gs and a yolk sack hcg levels where at 15000.( seemed normal ) Anyways yesterday I had my 7 week appointment we saw the same except also what looked like a fetal pole but no heart beat was detected?? Hcg levels have been doubling every 42 hours got my results back today they are at 140000. I'm so confused and don't know what to think. Is there hope or should I just plan for the worse

Your numbers seem right on - what type of us did you receive? Was it by a trained tech? Were they concerned? What's their next steps?

If your hcg is still going up Amat the appropriate rate, I would worry yet. But I am sending my prayers that you receive good news soon!

Hey, i'm in the same situation as you. At 7 weeks u/s we saw only the feral pole and my hcg levels are good. I spoke to my doctor and was told that this is completely normal. The HB can start from 8-9 weeks. Keep the faith. I hope this helps!

Was it a vaginally ultrasound?

Just an update .... Went back for another ultrasound today found out Its twins! Still no heart beat and baby b is drastically smaller then the other. Idk what to think but was told that it doesn't look good

@NicknShan thank you so much. Yes the doctor did seem concerned and sent me for a second opinion after spotting out a second fetus. There they saw the same thing with still no heart beat and the second baby was a lot smaller then the first one.
