  Looks like it may be from droll and/or milk being on his skin. Is he breastfed? My son will get a few little bumps if he drools a lot and I don't wipe it fast enough. And also if milk slips out of his mouth while breastfeeding and is rubbed on his mouth area. Have you talk to his dr? Is he in pain/fussy or acting out of the ordinary? Also, has he ingested anything different. New medicine, formulas, etc.
