New to town ( Loss mentioned)

Hello

Hubby and I are 24 year olds anxiously awaiting to become parents. Within the 5 years we have been together we have suffered two losses. The first was 8/2013 and the second was 7/ 2014. Since the second we have begun TTC more aggressively and we have finally sought out help.

What a relief it was to have our first RE appointment last week! I feel a sense of comfort knowing that we are being taken care of and we have begun our journey to parenthood! Everything is moving so fast and I am anxious for answers and a plan of action. Next Friday we wrap up our initial testing with the HSG test, woo!

I just wanted to introduce myself in hopes of meeting some strong women in similar situations that I can relate to.

    Welcome.  It's a shitty club to be in (the IF club, not the bump board).  Hopefully you can get some answers!!

    Hi there ! Welcome ! I'm so sorry for your struggles and your losses . I had a loss this past September . I'm so glad you were able to see the RE - it does feel good to be making progress at getting answers !! Hope your stay here is short !!

    **BFP and loss warning**

    Me: 29
    DH: 29
    Us: Married Valentine's Day, 2015
    DH: No issues.
    Me: PCOS, unexplained infertility (whatever that means!!)
    June 2015 Medicated TI cycle: BFN
    July 2015:  Medicated TI cycle: BFN
    August 2015: IUI: BFP. Chemical pregnancy :(
    October 2015: IUI: BFN
    January 2016: Egg retrieval: 10 frozen embryos!
    March 2016: FET Cycle- 2 embryos transferred!: BFP !

    Thank you I am very sorry for yours as well! I remember how much emotional pain I was in right after my losses and I would not wish it on anyone so I am so sorry for what you are going through. Someone someway the pain does lessen.. I read you are faced with some tough decisions and I just want to say - breathe and take it one step at a time! I'm sure it will work out!!
