Symptoms come and go?

Hi all I had an us a week ago at almost 7 weeks. Heartbeat was normal everything looked good and tech said, "definitely a viable pregnancy " I had a mmc at 8.5 weeks in July. Right now my symptoms have been tired, hungry, and some random tenderness of breast. They come and go. Anyone else ??

    Sometimes my breast tenderness comes and goes. I find myself constantly checking I has a missed misscarriage at 12 weeks in July . We go for our first baby appointment Thursday and I am so nervous!! We are about 8 weeks. Hang in there! It will all work out!

    Yup, comes and goes here too.  Some days the nausea feels like I can barely move and the next day, I'll feel fine.  It's almost worse when I do feel fine because it makes me wonder if it's the beginning of another mc.  I keep reminding myself I'm learning to manage it better too, and that's cutting down on the nausea a bit.  Still, it's nervewracking.

    Mine came and went as well and I'll be 21wks this week.  It is completely normal.  I also had a lack of any symptoms for a while which gave me a heart attack between appointments, ugh.
    BFP 2/11/15 (EDD 10/13/15). MMC 3/30/15 D&C 4/3/15 "We will always love you"
    DD1 - BFP 7/23/15 (EDD 3/31/16).  "We believe in you rainbow" DOB 4/2/16
    DD2 - BFP 2/9/18 (EDD 10/19/18).  "Grow baby grow!" DOB 10/24/18
    BFP 11/16/20 (EDD 7/31/21).  "Round 3 FIGHT!"

    Mine did this too and I panicked! I had a super awesome weekend and was worried something was wrong but mine returned with a vengeance Sunday night!
